To warm the body, traditionally this is done using sun salutations. The main difference when practising these Pre-Natal is that you can't lay on your belly for Cobra / Up Dog, but this doesn't mean it's a no go, it just means you need to adapt your sequence so you can enjoy the flowing warm up safely whilst pregnant and still gently warm the body in preparation for the rest of the poses you wish to practice.
Here's a short podcast to show you a modified variation of Sun Salutation suitable for Pre-Natal practice throughout the full term of your pregnancy. If down dog feels too much, substitute with Puppy Pose.
